Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, public relations, and product teams to align campaigns with overall brand objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Manage social media editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising that align with our brand goals.
- Utilize analytics tools to track growth and ROI, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies.
- Train, mentor, and oversee junior team members or interns as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or related roles.
- Proven experience in developing social media strategies that drive engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from trends.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
